BTW: regarding your comment on Steve Senseing's blog (sp?) regarding the justness of certain wars...
My comment was specifically void of hard examples because I find they can detract from talking about principles and framing the discussion. That seems to be more foundational in general discussions like on Steve's blog. I haven't studied many of the past wars of our country, but my impression is that you are right about the justness of starting the current Iraq war, at least.
